Genoa President Enrico Preziosi insists there’s no Milan deal for Diego Perotti. “Will he stay? Good question…”
The forward has been seemingly on the verge of a transfer to Roma for weeks now, but Preziosi had a long meeting with Milan CEO Adriano Galliani today.
“Others did a lot of deals, but we didn’t. No deal,” Preziosi told reporters.
“There is no agreement for Perotti either. Will he stay? Good question…
“The fans are worried? I have other things to worry about.”
Galliani was also asked about the Perotti situation and slammed the door on these rumours.
“Perotti is a good player, but if there’s one thing we’re not lacking it’s attacking players. We also have [Alessandro] Matri and [Stephan] El Shaarawy out on loan.
"Our transfer campaign is closed, closed, closed."
