Milan are reportedly targeting Genoa’s Leonardo Pavoletti to replace Mario Balotelli at the end of the season.

Tuttosport writes that the Rossoneri are unlikely to sign Balo permanently once his loan from Liverpool expires after an indifferent campaign.

The newspaper believes Grifone striker Pavoletti has been set by vice-President Adriano Galliani as his favoured replacement.

The 27-year-old has scored 10 goals for the Rossoblu this season and there is already a strong transfer relationship in place between the clubs.
