Besiktas probe for Roma's Dzeko

Turkish club Besiktas are reportedly planning an assault for Roma's Edin Dzeko, after being turned down once.

The Bosnian striker is a bit of riddle for the Giallorossi, as he is considered by many to be a talented striker, but has only managed six goals this season across Serie A and the Champions League.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, Turkish media are reporting an interest by Besiktas, who are trying to take advantage of the uncertainty of the wolves.

The Istanbul club probed once for the 29-year-old, but were turned down by the Italians.

They are now believed to be preparing to mount a second offensive for Dzeko, to be carried out in the summer transfer window.
