The Giallorossi face the Viola tonight at 19:45 GMT in a match that may ultimately decide which of the two teams will access next year's Champions League.

Both clubs are third with 53 points, making the game a decider.

Pallotta, who is currently visiting Rome to continue negotiations on Roma's property stadium and to discuss a new contract with Francesco Totti, was intercepted by the Press after one of his meetings and asked about tonight's game.

“If we play as we know, the way that we played the last few games, then we'll win,” he told the Press.

“It's going to be a difficult match. They did well on Monday, but we play good football too.

“I'm confident, [Coach Luciano] Spalletti prepared the team well.”
