Former Brescia President Gino Corioni, who brought the likes of Roberto Baggio and Gheorghe Hagi to the Rondinelle, has passed away aged 78.
It was announced this morning that Corioni had died at the Spedali Civili di Brescia.
During his 22-year spell in charge of the Lombardy club, which lasted from 1992 to 2014, Corioni managed to sign players like Baggio, Hagi and Pep Guardiola.
He oversaw a successful spell in Serie A and the success of Coaches such as Mircea Lucescu, Carlo Mazzone and Gianni De Biasi.
