Reports say Mauro Icardi and Marcelo Brozovic’s Inter futures are in doubt despite contract talks with the Croatian.

Corriere dello Sport has reported today that doubts remain inside the Nerazzurri about captain Icardi, as Coach Roberto Mancini has a love-hate relationship with him and wants the striker to work harder.

The newspaper writes that if Inter fail to qualify for the Champions League Icardi could be sacrificed, in light of interest from Chelsea, Manchester United and Atletico Madrid.

The newspaper writes that if Inter fail to qualify for the Champions League Icardi could be sacrificed, in light of interest from Chelsea, Manchester United and Atletico Madrid.

As for Brozovic, the report says that meetings for a contract extension have gone well and an agreement is close between the parties for a salary raise and new deal.

However, Corriere warns that a renewal wouldn’t necessarily tie the midfielder to the club as clubs like Arsenal, Chelsea and Bayern Munich have shown interest.

If a big offer arrived for the Croatia international, the outlet believes it would be hard for Inter to say no, particularly if they fail to reach the Champions League.
