Shanghai Shenhua already bought Fredy Guarin and now reportedly want his Inter teammate Felipe Melo.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the Chinese club is already looking ahead to next season.
Wages worth €8m per season are on the table for the Brazilian midfielder, who has found himself increasingly pushed to the San Siro bench.
It’s claimed Shanghai Shenhua had already tried to approach Melo during the January transfer window, but he wasn’t prepared to leave Inter at that time.
If Melo has any questions about life in China, he can call on his former Inter teammate Guarin, who made the move in January.
