The former Juventus boss is widely expected to take over at Chelsea this summer after the culmination of Euro 2016.

Corriere dello Sport writes that the CT told Italian FA President Carlo Tavecchio on Friday that he has decided to leave and an announcement is expected soon.

The newspaper believes that Bologna Coach Roberto Donadoni is the frontrunner to replace Conte on the Azzurri bench, having already held the post from 2006-2008.

Leicester’s Claudio Ranieri, Torino’s Giampiero Ventura, Swansea’s Francesco Guidolin and Walter Mazzarri have also been touted as potential candidates for the job.
