“The atmosphere in the locker room is relaxed. We are concentrated, aware that this is a challenge we want to live to the full with honour and the hope of achieving something extraordinary,” Marotta told Mediaset Premium.

“We’ll need to see the spirit of Juventus, with great heart. The line-up? There is always an exchange of ideas, but in the end Allegri decides. We are convinced he has chosen a suitable formation for this evening.

“Aside from the 11 players who start, the spirit will be fundamental. We are convinced it’ll be a great game.”

Marotta was once again asked about Allegri’s future, even though he is under contract until June 2017.

“The Napoli Coach has a contract that expires this summer, yet nobody keeps asking them about his future. We’ve just begin this winning era under Allegri and we are sure that we’ll continue together for many more years.”

France Football reported today that Pogba had visited Paris to have talks with PSG directors.

“Paul was in Paris for a sponsorship event, but there was no meeting with PSG. He is tied to us by a multi-year contract and there’s no temptation from the outside.”
