“We did very well, holding back Fiorentina and conceding nothing except when they hit the crossbar.
“With a touch of luck we could even have won the match. I must compliment all of my players.
“We picked up a good point. We're only one point away now from Carpi and Palermo and we believe in it [escaping relegation].
“We probably deserved to win. It is to the Viola's credit that we weren't able to do that.
“Carpi's victory is bad news, but Udinese's draw is very welcome. They're in the race too.”
