Alvaro Morata admits he’d “like to stay at Juventus for many more years, it feels like home, but it’s not only my decision.”

The Spain striker spoke in a Press conference ahead of tomorrow night’s friendly with Italy in Udine, but naturally was asked about his future at club level.

Real Madrid still have a buy-back clause and could activate it for €30m this summer, maybe to sell him on at a profit to Arsenal.

“I would like to stay at Juventus for many more years. I really would love that a lot,” he told reporters.

“I can only say that it feels like home in Turin, but it’s not only my decision to make.

“I am playing for the biggest club in Italy and it would be wonderful to remain here. The affection the people have for Juventus all through the country is incredible. I love everything about Italy.”

Even when asked about his many spells on the bench, the Spaniard defended Max Allegri.

“The Coach is in charge and he only wants what is best for the team. He really understands football and his choices are for the good of Juventus.”
