Radja Nainggolan says fellow Chelsea target Kostas Manolas is the one player Roma should not sell, even if “he doesn’t use his brain.”
Today’s edition of the Daily Mirror claims Antonio Conte asked Chelsea to prepare a £45m (€65m) double swoop for Roma midfielder Nainggolan and defender Manolas.
Belgium international Nainggolan confessed to Il Tempo newspaper that he would speak to Chelsea or Barcelona if they called him.
He also commented on teammate Manolas as one of two players the Giallorossi should not part with.
“I’ll say Miralem Pjanic and Manolas. Kostas is a pain, but it’s not easy to find a defender like him around.
“After Mehdi Benatia we found an equally strong centre-back. If Manolas uses his brain, he can become one of the best in the world.
“Of course the problem is he doesn’t use it!”
