“It is not true that Felipe Melo could return in exchange for a discount on Telles,” Galatasaray director of sport Cenk Ergun told fcinternews.it.

“For the latter it is a completely separate discussion. The figure for Telles is €8.5m and we are not prepared to lower it.

“I can confirm we have received other offers for the player. More than one club has contacted us for Alex, but I cannot reveal their names. In any case, soon we will meet with Inter directors to talk about the situation.

“Could Melo return anyway? I don’t know and that is because we haven’t yet planned out our future project.”

It’s reported the main side interested in taking Telles is Paris Saint-Germain.
