Yuto Nagatomo thanks Inter for renewing his contract: 'I have no desire to move to the Premier League'.

The Japanese international officially extended his contract until 2019, and was asked to join Coach Roberto Mancini in today's Press conference ahead of the game against Udinese.

“I'd like to thank the club for the renewal, the President [Erick] Thohir, [Javier] Zanetti, Coach Mancini and the staff,” he said in today's Press conference. “And thanks to my family for their support.

“I'm happy to stay here, I always dreamt of playing with this team and wearing these colours.

“I've been here five years and everybody's treating me well. Many other players want to go to England, but I don't. I love Italy and I'm very happy in my team, I'm happy to stay here.

“My best friends here at Inter? They used to be [Wesley] Sneijder, [Antonio] Cassano, [Javier] Zanetti, [Marco] Materazzi. I think I became a bit Neapolitan.

“I'm in good terms with all of my teammates, there isn't an individual I'd really mention above the others.”
