Roma: Falque for Rudiger

Roma are looking to buy Antonio Rudiger from Stuttgart without paying anything, by exchanging Iago Falque instead.

The German central defender started out a little uncertainly in Serie A, but has now consolidated his spot as a starter in the Giallorossi back-line.

Rudiger joined his current club on loan from Stuttgart, in a deal that cost them €4m and included a buy-out clause for another €9m.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, the Italians are now planning on saving themselves the price of the clause by turning over Iago Falque.

The former Genoa winger has been denied extensive playing time by Coach Luciano Spalletti and may welcome a move.
