“It is an opportunity for those who haven’t featured as much to prove themselves against the toughest opponents,” said the Coach in his Press conference.

“We know that we are facing a side in great shape, but we already did very well against Juventus, Napoli and of course earlier this season Roma.

“We will be extremely hard to beat. Admittedly, there are some difficulties. Emanuele Giaccherini is suspended, Mattia Destro, Saphir Taider, Daniele Gastaldello and possibly also Anthony Mounier are unavailable.

“I expect to see a reaction and hope the run of losses are due to some tactical issue we’ve fixed in training, because this team runs hard and gives its all. Unfortunately if we are not physically in great shape, we struggle.

“Recently we haven’t had the necessary focus, so we must work as a team to stop Roma. Every time we get the chance, we must enjoy our football and relish attacking them.

“Roma are certainly not impenetrable.”
