Pjanic buys house in Rome

Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic is apparently buying a house in the capital, suggesting he will not move away.

The Bosnian, who is among the players most openly excited about this afternoon's match against Napoli, is considered alongside Radja Nainggolan and Kostas Manolas the greatest market resource that the Giallorossi possess.

While some believe that one of these three players will be sold by President James Pallotta to balance out the team's debts, today's edition of La Gazzetta reports that Pjanic is buying a house in Rome.

It would not be unheard of for a player to own a house in a city he does not reside in, but the timing of the purchase does appear to suggest that the 26-year-old will be staying where he is.
