Fiorentina have confirmed the departure of sporting director Daniele Prade, clearing the way for Pantaleo Corvino’s return.
Corvino yesterday left Bologna, and there has been speculation for several weeks now that he will return to the Viola.
It now appears that move is only a matter of time, as the Tuscan side have also parted company with their sporting director.

It now appears that move is only a matter of time, as the Tuscan side have also parted company with their sporting director.
“ACF Fiorentina and sporting director Daniele Prade have decided not to renew their professional relationship, which spanned four fruitful years of collaboration,” a statement on the Viola’s website announced.
“The club would like to thank Daniele Prade for his excellent work, and we wish him the best for his future career.”
Prade’s contract will expire on June 30, but Corvino could be confirmed before then so he can start working on the summer transfer campaign.
