Salih Ucan has confirmed that he will return to Fenerbahce this summer after an unsuccessful two years at Roma.
Ucan made just 10 appearances for Roma in his two years at the Olimpico, his lack of game time ultimately costing him the chance to represent Turkey at Euro 2016, and the Giallorossi will not be redeeming their option of an €11m permanent deal.
“I’ll work hard this summer to convince Fenerbahce not send me away,” the midfielder told Amk.
“I’ll even work with a personal trainer, who will help me get back into top form.
“Unfortunately I didn’t get many opportunities to prove myself or mature as a player at Roma, but I remain very optimistic about my future.”
