Antonio Rudiger’s injury forces Roma to find a new centre-back, targeting Angelo Ogbonna and Juan Jesus.

The German international tore his anterior cruciate ligament while on international duty and will be out of action for approximately six months.

It’s a particularly bitter blow for Roma, as they were hoping to sell him for around €30m.

Now the race is on for a replacement and one for relatively cheap.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the Giallorossi have already approached West Ham United for Italy international Ogbonna.
