Serie A sides including Roma are circling after Christian Eriksen’s agent warned of dire Brexit consequences for Tottenham Hotspur.

“We are underestimating the danger,” agent Martin Schoots told La Repubblica.

“The truth is that half the Premier League players will see their work permits turned into scrap paper.

Roma and Juventus are among the Serie A sides known to be interested in the Danish international midfielder.

The 24-year-old grew up at Ajax and moved to Spurs for €13.5m in 2013.
