Manchester City midfielder Seko Fofana has officialised his transfer to Udinese. “A new chapter begins for me.”
He spent last season on loan at Bastia, but confirmed he is passing over to Serie A.
“Thank you to everyone who supported me during the last three years either in Manchester or Sporting Bastia,” wrote the 21-year-old on social media.
“I have lived great time with the fans and players I have worked with, a special mention to the fans and my teammates of SCB Bastia.
“A new chapter begins for me to Udinese, thanks to club officials to trusting me and I am ready for the challenges ahead.
Manchester City and Udinese also released statements confirming this is a permanent transfer and he has signed a five-year contract.
