Juventus turn to Alexis Sanchez

As Michy Batshuayi is heading to Chelsea, Juventus put more focus on Arsenal and Chile star Alexis Sanchez.

While Juve had not been prepared to pay more than €30m for Batshuayi, the Olympique Marseille youngster has reportedly agreed a €40m transfer to Chelsea after turning down Crystal Palace.

The Bianconeri still need a replacement for Alvaro Morata after Real Madrid activated their buy-back clause for €30m.

According to and other sources, the focus is straight back on Alexis Sanchez.

He is older than some other options at 27, but also brings more experience and is fresh from winning the Copa America for the second edition in a row.

Arsenal are not eager to let him go, but Juventus are mounting a project to win the Champions League.

Sanchez is no stranger to Serie A, having made his mark at Udinese before moving to Barcelona and then Arsenal.
