The Club Brugge full-back had been in talks with several clubs, among them the Partenopei.
This afternoon PSG released a statement confirming the Belgium international had put pen to paper on a contract until June 2020.
He’s not the only Belgian who made a transfer, as Michy Batshuayi – linked to Juventus – has completed his transfer to Chelsea.
