Crotone have officially signed Andrea Mazzarani as a free agent, a player they had already worked with.
The 26-year-old played for Modena last year, but partly due to his bad luck with injuries he did not see his contract renewed.
Now Crotone, who already had him on loan in 2009, have announced on their site that they have signed him again.
“Crotone Football Club announce the return of Andrea Mazzarani in the Rossoblu colours,” reads the statement on their site. “He signed a two-year contract due to expire on June 30, 2018.
“Andrea will soon join the team headed by Coach [Davide] Nicola. It's another mercato operation masterminded by Gianni Vrenna and Peppe Ursino. Welcome back Mazzarani, go Crotone!”
