Italy and Southampton striker Graziano Pellè is set to join Shandong Luneng for £13m, claim Sky Sports UK.
There had been rumours the centre-forward would be heading to China in a big money move and they are gathering pace rapidly.
According to this afternoon’s reports on Sky Sports, the transfer will be completed next week.
Pellè was Italy’s top scorer at Euro 2016 with two goals, prompting links to Juventus or Antonio Conte’s Chelsea.
However, it seems as if the well-travelled hitman will be going to the Chinese Super League.
He turns 31 later this month and found fame initially in Holland with AZ Alkmaar and Feyenoord before moving to Southampton for €11m in 2014.
