Sevilla are set to sign Joaquin Correa from Sampdoria for €13m plus €5m bonuses.
The Blucerchiati announced the deal was done and he will undergo a medical tomorrow.
Sevilla also released a statement confirming he has agreed a five-year contract.
Still only 21, Samp signed Argentine Correa from Estudiantes in January 2015 for €8m.
He has scored three goals in 31 Serie A appearances, plus two assists.
The price-tag is €13m, but Sampdoria are owed another €5m from any future sale.
Very versatile, Correa can play as a trequartista behind the strikers, on either flank or in a deeper midfield role.
Meanwhile, Sampdoria have announced that forward Francesco Fedato has joined Bari on loan with option to buy.
