Bayern Munich join Koulibaly race

Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly is the centre of a €45m bidding war between Everton, Chelsea, Arsenal and Bayern Munich.

The centre-back’s agent complained at the low wages he is currently on and the club responded by threatening to sue him for damages to his image rights.

Chelsea, Everton and Arsenal are battling for his signature, but the bidding war has a new contender.

According to Sky Sport Italia and Itasportpress, Bayern Munich are ready to make a €45m proposal to Napoli.

Carlo Ancelotti believes the huge Senegal international centre-back would be a solid addition to his squad at Bayern Munich.

Napoli have said they won’t sell K2, but at €45m they could well be forced to reconsider that stance.
