“We know he will come here and we anxiously await his arrival,” chief medic Alfonso De Nicola told Canale 21.

“He is a sensitive guy and very fond of Napoli. There’s no need for me to send him any message, because he is certainly eager to come back and resume fighting with us.

Marek Hamsik arrived today, as Slovakia reached the Last 16 of the European Championships.
“He is a natural leader of this group and everyone trusts him. The lads are also waiting for Pipita, as they are very fond of him.”
The medical staff had some work to do, as goalkeeper Pepe Reina was diagnosed with a muscular problem.
“Pepe needs to rest for a week. He’s like a powerful car, so you mustn’t push him too hard at the start. He had a slight problem, it’s nothing to worry about, and after a week he’ll be back with the squad.”
