Offering a preview of the interview, director Valter De Maggio revealed that the Vesuviani President had told him that, due to the fact Santon needs a knee operation, the transfer is off, to avoid another situation like Juan Zuniga’s.
Zuniga has made just 13 Serie A appearances for Napoli in the past three seasons due to his injury woes, and managed just three starts on loan at Bologna last season.
