If that goes through, Tuttosport reports that current President Silvio Berlusconi would stay on as honorary President, though his role would be largely symbolic.

However, joint-CEOs Barbara Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani would likely leave the club, with the consortium appointing its own board members.

Galliani is in charge of the Diavolo’s transfers, and has been for the past 30 years.
