The Montenegro international had been pushed to the sidelines by Coach Roberto Mancini as the campaign wore on, fuelling reports he’d be moving on again.

“I have forgotten the past and always try to look to the future,” Jo-Jo told Mediaset Premium.

“I never had any doubts on remaining with Inter.”

“I have slight regret, but I remain concentrated on this coming season. We are happy that an important group like Suning have taken over the club and want to further reinforce the squad.

“We are focused on earning our place in the Champions League.”

As for Serie A, Juventus have further strengthened with the likes of Gonzalo Higuain, Miralem Pjanic, Medhi Benatia, Dani Alves and Marko Pjaca.

“Juventus are strong, but I am not worried. I like to take on sides like that,” concluded Jovetic.
