Chelsea are turning their interest towards Lazio centre-back Stefan De Vrij.
The club was told this week that first choice Kalidou Koulibaly is not for sale, even at €50m, as Napoli lock down the Senegal international.
According to the Sunday People, Antonio Conte has moved his focus on to another Serie A defender, De Vrij.
The 24-year-old Dutchman would be available for around £15m (€18m).
Lazio are likely to capitulate at that price, especially after he missed practically all of last season with a serious knee injury.
De Vrij made his comeback during a summer friendly, but it’s not clear how long it will take for him to fully recover.
He is under contract with Lazio until June 2018, having arrived from Feyenoord in 2014 for €7m.
A Netherlands international, De Vrij has three goals in 30 senior caps.
