It’s reported that Milan’s transfer campaign is dependent on sales, as the Chinese takeover deal is still in limbo.

A consortium from the Far East is in talks to buy the club from Silvio Berlusconi, but so far no preliminary agreement has been signed.

New Coach Vincenzo Montella and striker Gianluca Lapadula have come in with the OK from the Chinese group, but other deals have stalled or collapsed.

Today both La Stampa and Tuttosport report that the Diavolo must either look for low-cost options or sell players before they can buy.

The most likely candidate for a sale would be striker Carlos Bacca, with a €30m offer on the table from West Ham United.

However, as yet the Colombian striker has been unconvinced by the offer from the Hammers.
