The Granata beat Premier League side Hull City 2-1 in a pre-season on Saturday evening, but injury concerns over Davide Zappacosta, Arlind Ateji and Daniele Baselli have left the Stadio Olimpico boss looking for new arrivals.
“It’s a shame about these injuries, but the balance is still positive,” Mihajlovic commented following the victory over the Tigers.

“We still need something more from the transfer market, another playmaker and a fast central defender.”
Despite this, the Serbian is still happy with his team’s efforts during pre-season.
“We have played teams of a high level and we haven’t been second to anyone.
“I have liked the pressing and the immediate recuperation of the ball, which is what I ask for. As for everything else, we have a lot of time to work on it.”
