Juventus midfielder Hernanes could be making a remarkable return to his old club Lazio.
The Brazilian began his Serie A career at the Olimpico in 2010, arriving from Sao Paulo for €13.5m.
He then moved on to Inter in January 2014 and Juventus for €13m in August 2015.
The 31-year-old has struggled for playing time in Turin and is on the transfer market this summer.
According to Mediaset Premium, there is more than a slight chance he could be going full circle back to Lazio.
It’s likely Hernanes would only be returning on loan, but he is eager to remain in Italy after turning down lucrative proposals from China.
