Walter Mazzarri’s Watford are reviving their bid for Juventus midfielder Roberto Pereyra by offering €16m.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Premier League outfit are back in the running for ‘El Tucumano.’

A meeting is planned on Sunday to see if Pereyra will give the all-clear to the transfer.

He has been on the exit list at Juventus all summer and the club had agreed a fee with Napoli, but he failed to work out personal terms.

West Ham United and Leicester City were also linked with Pereyra in recent weeks.

The 25-year-old Argentine has been in Italy since August 2011, leaving Udinese for Juventus in 2014 for €15.5m.
