Sporting CP have announced the transfer of Joao Mario to Inter for €40m plus €5m bonuses.
The midfielder flew in for his medical yesterday and worked out personal terms.
The only issue was to seal the system of payment, as initially it was reported Inter wanted a €10m loan with €35m obligation to buy in 2017.
Instead, the statement from Sporting reads that “we have reached an agreement with Inter Milan for the transfer of the player Joao Mario for €45m, of which €5m is dictated by objectives.
