Alessio Cerci’s move from Atletico Madrid to Bologna has seemingly collapsed after he failed a medical.
According to multiple sources, including Sky Sport Italia, the deal is off after tests showed he will take a while to fully recover from an old injury.
The 29-year-old winger is in the final year of his contract with Atletico Madrid, having been sold by Torino for €15m in August 2014.
He had loan spells at Milan and Genoa last season.
