Milan CEO Adriano Galliani has learned not to make predictions and comments on Mino Raiola’s role in Gianluigi Donnarumma’s contract.

The Rossoneri host Lazio this evening, follow the action on our LIVEBLOG.

“It’s pointless setting objectives, we must do our best and take it one game at a time,” Galliani told Mediaset Premium.

“If you had asked me before the run of our first four games which would be the easiest, I would’ve said Udinese at home, but we lost. Football is strange and therefore I make no predictions!

“Jose Sosa had a problem with his back and therefore Jack Bonaventura plays. There is no philosophy behind this choice.

“Once we were accused of having a squad that was too old, now that we are too young.”

Galliani was asked about the situation around goalkeeper Donnarumma, who is represented by Paul Pogba’s agent Raiola.

“Raiola is a very expensive and able gatekeeper. Raiola is absolutely essential in the renewal of Donnarumma. Gigio is still 17 and doesn’t have a driver’s licence. He is an extraordinary lad off the field as well as on it.”

Raiola tends to have a very tense rapport with many clubs, but has known Galliani for decades and they often did business together.
