Juventus are reportedly preparing to tie Paulo Dybala to a new contract worth €5m per season.

The forward hit 19 goals and provided nine assists in Serie A last season, having joined the Bianconeri from Palermo.

With a goal and two assists so far this season, there have been suggestions that Barcelona are showing an interest in ‘La Joya’.

According to La Stampa, Juve are keen to lock down Dybala and are prepared to offer the 22-year-old a new contract running until 2021.

According to La Stampa, Juve are keen to lock down Dybala and are prepared to offer the 22-year-old a new contract running until 2021.

That would represent a one-year extension, with the newspaper reporting that Dybala’s salary will also be increased from €3m per season to €5m, making him the second highest-paid player at the club after Gonzalo Higuain.
