Torino midfielder Marco Benassi has been called-up to replace Riccardo Montolivo in the Italy squad.
The Milan captain ruptured his cruciate ligament in the draw with Spain last night, and will miss around six months.
“In his place, Giampiero Ventura has called up the Torino midfielder Marco Benassi,” the FIGC confirmed.
