Juventus are considering 21-year-old Aston Villa goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini as a long term replacement for Gianluigi Buffon, according to reports.

The Bologna-native spent two years in Manchester United’s youth sector, before signing his first professional contract with Hellas Verona in 2014. Gollini has also represented Italy at U-19, U-20 and U-21 levels, and this has caught the eye of Bianconeri officials.

He then joined Championship side Aston Villa this summer, and according to the Birmingham Mail is being looked at by Juventus, as they consider their options for replacing 38-year-old Buffon.
