Massimo Oddo is getting frustrated at compliments not translating into results as Pescara fell 1-0 to Milan at San Siro.

“Compliments are all well and good, but if we don’t win games then clearly we are doing something wrong. We can’t just say we’re unlucky,” the Coach told Sky Sport Italia.

“We’ve shown we can fight it out with everyone, but cannot just continue like this because otherwise we’ll presumably keep getting the same results. We need some alternatives.

“It’s painful that the goal was a succession of errors – we gave away the ball in midfield, which led to the foul and then the wall jumped over the free kick.

“Pescara did cause terrible problems for Milan and put in a strong performance, but it’s never enough. We have a lot of quality, but are lacking something in terms of cool heads in front of goal. Today we hit the bar, had two goals ruled offside and on one chance even managed to have two players collide!

“In this city you have to play good football, as the fans are very demanding. We hope the performances can turn into results with time, as this is what got us into Serie A, and we continue to have faith.”
