Chelsea have joined Milan, Inter and Juventus in chasing Fiorentina pair Federico Bernardeschi and Milan Badelj.

According to Calciomercato.com, Antonio Conte is once again looking to the Stadio Artemio Franchi for inspiration after the successful transfer of Marcos Alonso.

The main target is Badelj, a Croatian international midfielder who shone on international duty at Euro 2016.

There’s plenty of competition for the 27-year-old, whose agent confirmed he will not sign a new contract in Florence.

There’s plenty of competition for the 27-year-old, whose agent confirmed he will not sign a new contract in Florence.

His representative already stated the favourites are Milan, because he’d be reunited with former Fiorentina Coach Vincenzo Montella.

Inter and Juventus have also been linked with Badelj, while Roma are outside bets too.

This week Coach Paulo Sousa sparked controversy by admitting Bernardeschi belonged at “a more ambitious club” than Fiorentina.

Again, Inter and Juventus have been linked, while Milan are in the running as well.

Bernardeschi is already a full Italy international and it was Conte who gave him his first senior cap.

He can play in several roles, including on the wing, in midfield, in the hole behind the strikers or as part of a trident attack.
