Spinazzola grew up in the Juventus youth academy and was voted best player of the tournament when they won the prestigious Trofeo di Viareggio in 2012.

He is currently on a two-year loan with high-flying Atalanta and starts this evening.

“I want to win. If we achieve that, I’ll be happy even if Juan Cuadrado nutmegs me three times,” the 23-year-old told L’Eco di Bergamo.

“For the first time I am facing Juve, at the Stadium, where I dreamed of playing alongside Alessandro Del Piero.

“In order to improve myself, I study videos of Gianluca Zambrotta, while I really like Alex Sandro, but above all I am fired up by the idea of facing Cuadrado. I might risk being embarrassed, but it’s a good test of where I’m at right now.”

Sadly for Spinazzola, the Colombian is not in the starting XI tonight.

“My dream has always been to play for Juventus, but I am in Bergamo on a two-year loan and think that’s the best option to grow. I do still consider myself a Juventino in waiting. I get sent out on loan, but they never sell me outright. Sooner or later I’ll get there…”
