According to Laziosiamonoi.com, such comments could lead to a ban of up to 10 games for the Bosnian, depending on how the conduct is viewed.

Article 1a of the FIGC Sports Justice Code references a violation of the principles of honesty and fairness. This would mean a short suspension or a fine for the 30-year-old.

If article 11 was invoked however, a suspension of 10 days or more could be on the cards.

It is expected that further information regarding potential punishment will be released tomorrow.
