Multiple Italian newspapers claim that Juventus will pay the €30m clause for Sevilla midfielder Steven N’Zonzi.
Both the Corriere dello Sport and Tuttosport have the story splashed across their front pages on Wednesday morning.
It’s reported the club is prepared to pay the full release clause at €30m for N’Zonzi, but it will be spread out over two €15m instalments.
The first would be handed over to Sevilla in January and another at the end of the season.
N’Zonzi played against Juventus in the Champions League group phase, when Sevilla earned a goalless draw in Turin and lost at home.
The French midfielder turns 28 on Thursday and is under contract until June 2019.
He only joined Sevilla in July 2015 after spells at Amiens, Blackburn and Stoke City.
