The agent of Felipe Melo has confirmed that both the player and Brazilian club Palmeiras are keen to conclude a deal, but are waiting for Inter.
The 33-year-old has made just five appearances for the Nerazzurri this term, and a move would help to balance the books as the club look to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations.
"It could be very simple or it could be very complicated,” agent Jose Rodriguez told Tuttomercatoweb.
"At this point the decision is exclusively up to Inter.
