Sevilla Coach Jorge Sampaoli confirmed “we are tracking” Inter forward Stevan Jovetic, though for now it’s only for a loan deal.

The Montenegro international is not part of Stefano Pioli’s plans at San Siro and the club wants to sell to raise funds.

“Yes, we are tracking Jovetic, but for the moment there is nothing concrete other than that,” declared Sevilla boss Sampaoli in today’s Press conference.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the negotiations have only just begun and Sevilla are at this stage interested only in a loan spell.

It remains to be seen whether Inter will accept that idea or push for an option to buy.

Fiorentina have also shown interest in Jovetic, who would return to his former club, but the Nerazzurri don’t want to reinforce another Serie A rival.
